Pancakes & Valentines!

This week we have both Shrove Tuesday and Valentines Day to look forward to! Here are a few ideas from my library of recipes that you might like to try. Apart from the pancake recipes, (which are very simple to make), there are demonstration videos for all of them on my You Tube channel. I’ve included a couple of very simple but tasty biscuits which can be adapted to any season with the right shaped cookie cutter – hearts and flowers anyone?
